The pilot plan prioritises testing smart services on the MERLOT marketplace, regardless of their interoperability. The main target groups for the tests are therefore end users of the smart services.
The focal points of the planned pilots are
- General acceptance of the services, in particular the use of and interaction with AI, among the target groups
- Feedback on the user experience, especially in the interaction with the user interfaces
User guidance and usability of the services are further developed on the basis of the documented feedback. These requirements result in the following pilot partners:
